Champion's Contents Department is Now Using iCat

Thank you to Stephanie Baker and Chloe Hudson of our Contents department for training us on the new iCat program they are now using for packing out contents. It is a fantastic system and has helped our Contents department streamline their processes. The iCat program allows them to photograph and barcode every item on fire damage or water damage loss that requires packing out and/or restoration. This allows us to know exactly where an item is and how far along it is in the restoration process at all times. Homeowners, insurance agents and adjusters can access this information as well. Our homeowners especially love this feature because they never have to wonder where their things are.
Pack out services are most frequently needed on fire damage and water damage losses. Our Contents department will come pack out a room or entire house, if needed, so that our Water Damage and Construction departments can continue with the restoration process.
