  1. We present a Work Authorization document for you to review and sign, and the payment of your deductible will be addressed. The insurance companies make collection of the deductible part of our responsibilities.  We want you to be comfortable with your decision to use our company, so please feel free to ask questions and address any concerns.
  2. Prior to any work being done on your property, the Work Authorization will need to be signed, also the deductible portion of the claim will have to be satisfied unless other arrangements are in place.
  3. Upon approval of the estimate by the insurance company, the job supervisor and job coordinator will begin to schedule the repairs.  At the conclusion of the work a certificate of satisfaction, as well as any other necessary documents, will be presented for your signature.
