Absolutely, you play a major role in the restoration process.  It will be up to you to select  colors and finishes.  You can also help by obtaining your payment from the insurance company for Champion.

In order for a project to keep up the pace, we need to have easy access to the home. It will be helpful if you or a friend can open the home for us each day. We can also put a lock box at your home that contains a key if you cannot always meet us. However, please keep in mind that we cannot work where only minor children are at home.  Please do not ask us to work only mornings or afternoons if there are full days of work that need to be done, as this extends construction time significantly.
